Session fees range from $150-$225/session.

Well Life Therapy, LLC accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards (including HSA cards). It is our office policy that a valid credit card be kept on file for all private pay/private insurance clients. All clients are encouraged to use the credit card/HSA card they leave on file for recurring payments as this simplifies the payment process.
We currently participate with Anthem BC/BS, Aetna and CT Husky plans. For other insurance plans we can provide you with a receipt for payment that you may use to file a claim for out-of-network benefits. We do not file claims for out-of-network plans and we do not accept payment from insurers that we are out-of-network with.
Co-payments, deductibles and ALL session fees are due at the time of service. Bills/invoices for services are not routinely sent. It is your responsibility to know what your specific insurance plan covers and what your responsibility is as the subscriber. Many of the newer plans now have large deductibles/co-insurance. Please review your benefits carefully.
You are responsible for any and all denials from your insurer regardless of the reason for the denial.
