Well Life Therapy, LLC, a group private practice in Middletown, is seeking a 1-2 full time clinicians (25+ sessions per week) to join our growing team of amazing staff. This is a W2 position and as such is afforded the protections that employment offers.
Well Life Therapy, LLC is a strengths-based, holistic, mindfulness-oriented group practice offering all of the benefits of private practice without all of the hassles of the “business side”. Our clinicians are given independence and clinical freedom while operating within a collaborative and supportive team. Our staff specialize in a wide range of areas including depression/anxiety, trauma, addiction, grief and loss, perinatal mental health as well as couples and family counseling. We have clinicians certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) as well as Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy. We are a LGBTQIA – affirming practice. We work closely with local providers and community organizations, Wesleyan University and Middlesex Hospital.
The practice offers a beautiful setting in the heart of Middletown with free, off-street parking. Our practice location includes fully-renovated, furnished private offices with waiting rooms, private bathrooms and kitchens. In addition to administrative support, we provide an EHR system, office equipment, phone service with voicemail, email and fax service, marketing, professional website and head shots, social media presence, administrative and peer supervision, intake scheduling and insurance verification as well as complete insurance credentialing, claims submission and billing.
As a growing practice we provide a yearly training stipend, administrative time paid, PTO accrual, holiday/team building events, bonuses and other benefits are to be added as we grow.

Candidate must be available at least 2-3 evenings per week. Applicants with a background and expertise in working with children/families, trauma as well as LGBTQIA clients are a plus. Newly licensed are welcome to apply!
