Jamie Dingus, LPCA

Licensed professional counselor Associate

Hi there! My name is Jamie Dingus (she/her), and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) LPCA with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, including adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Central Connecticut State University. I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that feels supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative—where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical strategies for lasting change.

I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual. Whether seeking to improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, or heal from past experiences, I strive to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you’d like to be.

Taking the first step toward therapy is a meaningful choice. I’m here to support you in that process.

Jamie participates with Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, and Husky.

Jamie provides in-person care on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
