Our virtual offices are open and available to all of our current clients AND new clients via video-conferencing technology and phone sessions. Our telehealth platform is simple and seamless...there is nothing for you to download and no special equipment. We are also able to connect with you via phone. Please reach out to us and we will walk you through the process and get you ready to continue your care and maintain the support you need during this health crisis and beyond. Our clinicians are all trained, ready and available to provide you with the best care possible.

Rates & Insurance
Not all insurance plans and policies cover telemental health services and many self-funded, employer driven plans utilize special provider networks that we do not participate with. Please contact your insurer directly to confirm if you have this benefit and what your out-of-pocket responsibility is if any. If you do have coverage and we are considered to be an in-network provider then we are happy to file a claim on your behalf. As with all out-of-network insurers we do not file these claims but can provide you with a receipt for payment that you can file for reimbursement directly.
Our self-pay rate for telemental health is the same as the in-session (face-to-face) rate of $165/session. These sessions are 45-60 minutes in length. We have, however, added an additional service that includes a shorter
20-30 minute session (telemental health only) at $105/session. We also have a limited number of discounted slots available (please ask us!). The length of your specific session is set up between client and therapist prior to each session. All clients must pay for telemental health services using a valid credit card. This credit card is placed on file in our electronic health record for security purposes. It is up to the client to notify Well Life Therapy, LLC of any changes to their credit card information before a new telemental health session begins.
